Front of House

We consider ourselves your business concierge, delivering the best service we can. We take pride in looking after your visitors, deliveries and anything else that makes it easier for you to get on with running your business.

Meeting rooms

We have a selection of meeting rooms that work for small team meetings or larger theatre style presentations, all easily adaptable for safe social distancing. Catering is available on request and each room has excellent WiFi.


Possibly the coolest car park and bike yard in London!

Secure parking with 24 hour access may not be that unusual, but our car park is like something out of a Guy Ritchie movie! It even has a pop-up theatre and has played host to many interesting events.

The covered Bike Yard is secure and dry with plenty of space for the ever-increasing number of bicycles (and showers on every level to freshen up after).


Admittedly, things are quieter at the moment and our usual calendar of social and wellbeing events has shifted online. But we still have lots of great break-out space, indoor and out, plus The Depot Bar and Restaurant has re-opened with The Pleasance Theatre all set to follow suit early next year.


We are a business driven and guided by our core values, ever mindful of the environment and future of our planet, so we are working hard to be fully sustainable by 2030.

This is what we currently have in place:

  • Solar panels are installed on part of our roof generating much of our electricity, with plans to increase these over time.
  • Charging points in the car park for cars and bikes.
  • We have a comprehensive recycling system throughout the buildings with re-cycling bins in every kitchen.
  • We use low energy light bulbs throughout the buildings with automatic light sensors.
  • We keep printing to an absolute minimum and recycle paper internally wherever possible.
  • Almost every office space benefits from natural daylight and ventilation with solid and naturally well-insulated walls, allowing us to use a lot less energy.
  • Eco power and gas purchased from Ecotricity
  • Re-cycling of redundant IT equipment
  • Tree-planting in the car park
