Who are your competitors? Where are they? How do they price their products or services? Who are their customers? 

What are their competitive advantages and disadvantages 
compared to yours? Conduct a strengths, weaknesses,  opportunities and threats analysis foryou and them.

What do they say about themselves? Look at their sales literature, advertisements, press releases, websites and company accounts

What do other people say about them? Consult their customers, the Internet, newspapers, mutual suppliers and market research.
