Hundreds of Celebs Descend on North Rd

Secret Party in June will attract all the A-listers

Stephen Fry, Graham Norton, Frank Skinner and certain Oscar winners are amongst those expected to attend an invitation-only 500 guest bash at The Pleasance, next door to The Busworks. Stars from the world of television and comedy are invited to celebrate the theatre group’s 25th anniversary and their 25th year at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival - the world’s largest arts festival that takes place every August in Scotland’s capital.

The party is so exclusive that Busworkers will have to keep an eye out for activity - the date of the party must remain secret for security and paparazzi control. The party kicks off an extravaganza of events to mark the Pleasance’s biggest ever Festival.

Throughout June and July Busworkers have the chance to see previews of some of the 225 shows from the
Edinburgh Festival at The Islington Pleasance. These include award-winning comedy acts, revues and dance acts.

If those shows inspire you, The Pleasance is holding Adult Drama Classes. The 6-week evening course begins on June 3rd and is offered for all levels including newcomers.
