X Factor Voters Say Jamie Afgo

Woodstore Regular Bites The Dust

Last month it was Miss Frank’s Graziella, and now another Woodstore favourite has left The X Factor. Jamie Archer was voted out of the competition after his rendition of Queen’s Radio Ga Ga split the judging panel, leaving it down to the public vote. Jamie has been well known to the Woodstore as he has regularly performed there under the name Jamie Afro.

Despite wowing the crowds on “Queen Night”, not all the judges were as keen on his performance.

Jamie ended up in the bottom two singing for survival against Lloyd. Once again the judges failed to reach a majority and with the fewest public votes Jamie had to go.

Gutted Jamie said afterwards, “This is not the end for me.” He will continue to perform and is looking forward to recording an album.
The Buzz’s Senior X Factor Correspondent, Brian Ahearne said, “North Road may soon rival Abbey Road as a pop pilgrimage. Graziella and Jamie’s stars on North Road pavement join ex-Busworks' handymen Right Said Fred.”
