Busworks residents’ Max Publishing has broken the Guinness World Record for the most people in one room wearing a red nose. On 10th September, 977 people donned clown noses for a comic five minutes in London’s Lancaster Hotel.

Managing Director, Jakki Brown said, “Two adjudicators from the Guinness World Records were present, meaning that the result is now officially part of the Guinness World Records.”

The event took place as part of The Licensing Awards, created to recognise achievements in the field of purchasing or leasing of copyrighted material. 

The record was previously held by South Tyneside College’s 420 students and staff.
