Computers for Charity and Community
Is any old or unwanted computer equipment lying around the office collecting dust? A charity supported by The Busworks is currently collecting, recycling and building computers for the disabled. Rather than throwing the equipment out of the office, send it to the charity instead.
Marion Morahan, Manager of The Busworks said, ‘This is a great opportunity for Busworks residents to contribute further to the care of the community. We can take our environmental policy to another level and whilst we do so, we can help a local charity.’
Simply deliver or donate monitors, laptops, hard drives and other similar equipment to the collection point at unit 333 in Omnibus.
If you don’t have old computing equipment to donate you can still contribute with a financial donation. Please make any cheques payable to: ‘Computers for the disabled’ and leave it at reception.
